Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, as expeditiously as possible and within 10 working days.

Your parcels will be delivered by DPD to the delivery address you specify. Please be sure that you or a person authorized to receive the goods can be reached at this address during the day. After a 3rd delivery attempt, the package will be sent to the nearest DPD depot and can be picked up there for another 7 days.

The minimal quantity to order is 12 bottles.

Up to 36 bottles, the shipment is done in boxes of 12 bottles.
We charge proportional shipping costs per 12 bottles:

Carriage-free delivery within Austria and to Germany can only be done for orders of at least 36 bottles.

For shipment to different countries, the shipping costs may vary due to quantity and destination and have to be treated differently.

From 42 bottles, the dispatch takes place in boxes of 6 bottles on quarter, half and Euro pallets.
To ensure a secure transportation, only full boxes can be send. However, different wines and varieties can be put in one box. The total amount needs to be a multiple of 6.
